SUDI shall connect with the Private and Public Institutions and Employers in linking the trainees in and from the Technical and Vocational Education Center, with the job market demands thus increasing their employability, skills and knowledge. Trainings include masonry, carpentry.electricity, renewable energy especially solar power.. The trained persons shall be engaged in labor intensive infrastructure projects, as well as community activities, and civic projects.
Within the framework of its actions, SUDI offers the most vulnerable members of a community, both women and children, the learning opportunities through the organization of literacy classes and providing comfortable learning environmental with partnership from the county and national government.
SUDI aims to offer training component for its beneficiaries into the whole set of its activities related to guaranteeing food security or promoting local economic development. This component is aimed at providing the communities we serve with necessary life skills and knowledge that will enable communities to contribute to their development.
SUDI will provide financial support to enable them start income generating projects. SUDI will provide \technical trainings, monitoring, supervision and evaluation of the project and its beneficiaries.
