SUDI will honor and establish pool of volunteers from unskilled to skilled professional from professional background. SUDI undertakes skills, knowledge and capacities assessments evaluating and placing the youth for training.
The volunteers will be engaged in youth programmes, first aid,disaster management, medical outreaches and health messages promotions and campaigns, community services among other valuable tasks .in its undertaking SUDI will utilize the knowledge and skills of volunteers since they already know the needs and resources of the community.
SUDI has the volunteer management policy and structure and promote volunteers capacities through trainings, workshops, scholarships etc. More than 50% of world population is youth and young people. SUDI interventions and project will purpose to address and integrate different needs of young people.
